Since service is manditory for most Isrealies, that just mean the 100 Isrealies in a company of 74,000 employees and somehow that is a conspiracy?

I guess they're really good at what they do? As was said every Israel is ex-IDF. Service is mandatory. Many Israelis oppose Israel's government's policies as well.
