How do people handle backups with Immich? Ideally I’d like all my images to be uploaded to object storage if I’m self-hosting.

The documentation describes what files and databases to backup (and how).

It's one command to dump the postgres db, and one folder in the filesystem to back up, I personally use Borg in a daily cronjob.
