Looking for: Technical Support / Cloud Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Data Engineer (Associate/Junior)

Hello there. I am an experienced professional who spent quite a while with AWS Premium Support supporting Site Reliability/DevOps/Cloud Engineers and Developers at a global list of enterprise companies and Amazon internal teams to restore uptime of mission-critical applications; providing consulting and architectural guidance as needed. I have proven track record in analyzing, troubleshooting, providing problem resolution and root cause analysis to complex technical issues from the OS through full stack custom applications in production environments.

I think that I fit well into most Support roles but want to eventually move into a role that is not full time customer facing, like Operations Engineer, SRE or my new interest in Data Engineering.
