But this company's permanent post is breaking the rules at the top of the thread. Specifically:

"Please only post if you are actively filling a position and are committed to responding to applicants."

Clearly they are not actively filling positions. Please see every other post from this company and you will see that it never changes.

The problem is that some companies are indeed hiring regularly for the same role, while others presumably are not. How do you propose that we tell them apart?
