Setting my VPN to the UK or Ireland is blocking the sites for me. Mainland Europe is fine.

Yeah its the 451 error. It says:

'Unavailable For Legal Reasons What happened?

It's a Dublin VPN though.

That's interesting suspect some multinational ISP's must be routing through their UK operations.
