1/9 ~ = 11.1%. This is bad news. If 11.1% wish they had less, and only 7% wish they had more, that probably means if people had exactly what they wanted we would get even worse sub-replacement rates. We spent 2-3 generations brainwashing people into believing parenting was undesirable and borderline moral failure to pursue before your 30s. Probably at least another two generations will be necessary to reverse this.
