Microsoft exec suggests folks laid off to use AI to reduce 'emotional stress'

Microsoft and other companies need to stay human - even and especially in the face of widespread usage of AI.

This tone deafness doesn’t surprise me - and these so-called ‘leaders’ should take a hard look at how they are treating fellow humans.

There were some articles on similar tonedeaf behavior - like taking the rest of the team to a team lunch after fellow team members were laid off!

An AI exec might have been more empathetic.
