I know this must be a crappy feeling, but it's against the guidelines to complain about this here. My personal recommendation is that if you strongly believe you're a fit to work at the company, find ways to connect with key people there and demonstrate credibility. Some effort and self-confidence can make all the difference sometimes.

I've got plenty of... confidence. And have tried contacting folks directly at times. It's never helped and there's risk of offense. I shouldn't have to stalk people to get a reply when the post and You: paragraph above exactly describes me.

A reply with a simple "we have too many qualified applicants, sorry you weren't chosen," would be fine. But that didn't happen, either the message or the reality, did it? The post appearing again proves that.

Yes, this is understandable and fair enough to feel this way. I wasn't aware we had added the line about being "committed to responding to applicants" to the post header. We'll have to think about how we handle posters who don't honour that.
