Are there any official RedHat CVE pages for any of these screen vulns yet? Haven't found anything so far

RedHat removed screen from the distro repos starting from RHEL8 and recommended tmux as the replacement.

It's still in EPEL I think but I guess that releases RH from having to address it?

That's right. EPEL is not an officially supported repo.
