Why are the biggest AI predictions always made by people who aren't deep in the tech side of it? Or actually trying to use the models day-to-day...

I mean, it's more that I agree with Eliezer... but like, I've used them since GPT-2. I really do think that "this is it", the tech will just keep scaling.
