Demand for college graduates peaked long ago. Only about half of US workers with college degrees have jobs which require them.

Most job postings say something like bs saves you 5 years on the job experience though. And not a lot of jobs out there that are truly entry level zero experience or relevance required. Even programming, like good luck getting a job today without any years already on the job or a degree. Its not 2005 anymore.
