CryptoEconLab (CEL) is seeking a Research Scientist to architect next-generation crypto protocols. We design token economies, incentive systems, and market mechanisms from initial concept through governance and ecosystem growth.
Role: Lead protocol design and architecture, develop token economies and emission mechanisms, construct markets/auctions, run agent-based simulations, and provide research leadership.
Required: - PhD or equivalent in CS, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field - Track record creating/deploying crypto protocols - Strong background in game theory & cryptoeconomics - Practical software engineering skills - Excellent communication abilities
Skills: DeFi, DePIN, statistics, agent-based modeling, game theory, smart contracts
Compensation: $100-140k USD + benefits
