We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You'll play a critical role in scaling and improving our platform while tackling complex, real-world problems at the intersection of AI and communication.
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance features across the entire stack (familiar technologies like Django, Node, and React).
- Design and implement robust analytics and reporting systems.
- Optimize and extend integrations with third-party services for our AI-powered phone system.
- Architect scalable, reliable systems to support our growing user base.
- Collaborate closely on API design and implementation to power core platform features.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven expertise in Python and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Django and React.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
- A passion for building user-friendly, reliable, and scalable software.
High performers have the option to transition to W-2 after 6 months.

This fully remote role gives you the freedom to manage your time, requires no travel, and rewards you for driving results however you prefer. What You’ll Do - Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound leads. - Lead demos showcasing ModPhone’s AI-powered communication system to business decision-makers. - Build strong relationships with companies across a range of industries. - Contribute to our growth by achieving monthly sales targets and sharing insights to refine our sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or related industries. - A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Consultative selling skills with the ability to demonstrate product value. - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
