To blame the the macro / US policies, 2 key things are impacting technology

- The end of 0% interest rates

- The 5 year amortization of the R&D tax credit as part of the 2017 Tax Act (versus same year since 1981)

Nailed it. CPI is turning down to a lower slope, but the Fed is suggesting that it’s still going to be a bit before the rates really cool off.
