I used to have ATT for a little over ten years. I upgraded many phones with ATT next, etc.
The final straw for me was when they said they never got the phone I sent back and billed me 1k or something.
I saw the tracking number show it was delivered to a warehouse.
Their organization/inventory is a joke.
