That's a bummer! Can anyone suggest an alternative way I can get files from my macOS laptop to my Android phone? I "just" want to put my folder of music files and m3us there so I can play them (with PowerAmp).

Localsend is a great program - but no alternative to syncthing. Syntcthing is running in the background and syncing automatically. Localsend needs active user interaction. Is there a way how to use localsend similarily to Syncthing?

That's not a dealbreaker for me, as I don't run syncthing continuously on either end, just when I'm trying to sync my music.
