From the changlog on Github:

The new version brings:

    - even better performance,
    - a more granular reactivity system with runes,
    - more expressive template syntax with snippets and event attributes,
    - native TypeScript support,
    - and backwards compatibility with the previous syntax!

Or even https://svelte-omnisite.vercel.app/ which is linked from there. It is the v5 Svelte homepage, currently svelte.dev is v4

Edit: I'm not so sure that's up to date actually. Lots of "Coming soon" sections

This kind of feels like an accidental release, would not expect one of the big frameworks to drop a new major with so little doc around it?!
