Today, I encountered an issue where the modal's close button appeared to be unresponsive. Upon reviewing the modal and the button, everything seemed to be set up correctly, yet clicking the button didn’t close the modal. I later realized that multiple instances of the same modal had been opened. When I clicked the close button, only the topmost modal closed, leaving the others still visible underneath.
