Apparently there is partial support for it: https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/14370#issuecomment-...

This should let you play a VIDEO_TS folder, ISO, or an actual disc… with the caveat that you need to figure out the coordinates of the menu yourself by using an external tool.
