I don’t think so. It has more to do with police brutality, unnecessary use of force, power tripping and ego, murdering of unarmed civilians sometimes children sometimes people in their own home, etc. than specific details about investigation of fraud. The bar is still very low of what we can expect of our “civil servants”.
