I used to have a CRT-based HDTV (16:9 ratio).

The screen size was 27 inches, and it was a big, heavy honker.

I think it was a Samsung. Many moons ago.

It was non-optimal. There was visible fringing on the edges.

I don’t miss CRTs.

Samsung was cheap.
