Why use quotes for "dangerous" when the first sentence is literally: "Why Vivaldi browser thinks Google’s new proposal, the Web-Environment-Integrity spec, is a major threat to the open web and should be pushed back."

It's the article's own title so I don't think it's unfair, but it's also distracting so I think we can cut that entire bit.
