Deadly heart attacks are more common on a Monday

It would be really interesting to see whether this holds in Middle Eastern countries or other places where the work week starts on a Sunday.

Why, though? A name is just a name, and that also holds for weekdays.

Could rule out certain things. If they have more heart attacks on Sunday, then it would make it more likely that the association is "first day of the work week," as opposed to something like "first day of trading on international markets" (only Monday).
