Dolt is Git for Data

No mention of performance on their GitHub homepage. Anyone know how this compares to a standard MySQL distribution?

They say it's slower but are trying to close the gap [1]

In this [1] blog post, they say it's "between 2 and 20 times slower than MySQL (but committed to getting down to 4x slower)".
