Apple declined to implement 16 Web APIs in Safari due to privacy concerns

Ubiquitous web midi support would enable a new and better round of patch management and sharing collaboration around music hardware. It's a shame it won't come to safari. For example see elk-herd for managing the Elektron digitakt.
