That's as refreshing as a dunk in a cold pool. My God we need more UIs that instantly tell you what they can and cannot do. Seems like the modern ones do as much as they can to obscure everything.

Considering how cyclical everything is I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a return to Win95/98 style UIs soon enough. They’ll advertise it as “revolutionising productivity with an innovative new approach to desktop computing” and give us the a recoloured Win98.

I’d probably switch back to Windows if they did.
