Your job application page. Do you seriously expect senior candidates will have/take the time to write multiple essays on deep topics just to submit an application?

Some time ago I was looking to apply to GitLab, from Mexico. But after looking at their compensation calculation method, the gross amount they offer for Engineers for this country would have been a pay-cut for me. Specially after considering that I would have needed to get insurance, pay utilities and other benefits that other startups offer in here.
