XVELA connects terminal operators and ocean carriers on a shared, open collaboration platform providing actionable visibility, real-time communication and connected intelligence on vessel operations.

In other words, it's a saas app that allows container vessel operators to collaborate in real time with container ports about which containers get unloaded from the ship and where loaded containers will be placed. Think of it as a very complicated game of Tetris.
