850,000 sounds way way too high.

American culture does reward asshole-behaviour a lot more than one can tolerate sometimes. It's definitely not just a conservative problem, so don't go blaming it on Trump.

I've seen recruiters at companies I've worked for throw AI/ML/Vision on job postings that have nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, to do with AI, Statistical Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
