I was an infra/devops consultant for several years and found that terraform et al were really bad fits for certain use-cases/teams. So, I wrote my own framework to target them.
Autoschematic is built around a push-pull model, just like git. It can automatically resolve state drift in either direction, and automatically scan and import existing infrastructure into code.
I'm taking it out of beta in the next release (0.12.0). Come try it out!
