Laid-off workers should use AI to manage their emotions, says Xbox exec

I wonder if the exec used AI to write something to write something that tone-deaf.

The layoffs in the Xbox division were bad on their own but, after reading this completely out of touch take from someone who is still employed, I cancelled all my subscriptions with Microsoft.

Just... how does anyone think this is what they should be saying right now? Especially when a lot of the people who were let go despise AI because it was trained on their work without them seeing the profits, and the people who are seeing the money from the AI are using it to replace them.
