ffupdater installs various mobile browsers; forks of Chrome and Firefox, some with built-in ad blocking on mobile: https://github.com/Tobi823/ffupdater

Chrome mobile won't support extensions.

Firefox mobile supports extensions.

The standard for browser plugins is called WebExtensions.

How about blocking all tracking, ads, malicious sites and more at the DNS level? I have been using NextDNS for a while know I really like it.
